Under the direction of Education Department Punjab and District Education Officer Secondary Education Shiv Pal Goyal, district level Kalan Utshav is being organized at Guru Nanak Public School and Guru Kashi Public School at Bathinda for two days.
Today Deputy District Education Officer Secondary Education Iqbal Singh Buttar specially participated in the Kalan Utsav program. On this occasion he said that participation in these Kalan competitions will increase the feeling of mutual love among the students.
Giving information about these competitions held today, Lecturer Darshan Kaur Brar said that Harpreet Kaur Government Senior Secondary School Mal Roar won first in solo drama girls, Gaganpreet Kaur Chak Ram Singh Wala won second, Husandeep Kaur Talwandi Sabo won first in classic dance, Manpreet Kaur won first. Kaur Rajgarh got second, Bir Sukhman Baba Farid School got first, Gurveer Singh Bhokra got second, Tarandeep Kaur Mall Road Bathinda got first, Khushpreet Kaur Mehraj got second in Lok Geet Munde.
Lecturer Balkaran Singh, Lecturer Ramandeep Kaur, Gulab Singh Music Teacher, Pawanjit Kaur, Inderjit Kaur, Rajnish Kumar, Parampal, Anita Rani, Ravi Kumar played the role of judges for these competitions.
