In view of the festivities, the students put up an exhibition of handicrafts

The Punjab Government and the School Education Department of Punjab draw up various programs to make the students peers of the time, under which the Business Blaster Program under the Punjab Young Entrepreneur has been started for the students to adopt self-employment in the entire Punjab.
Under the same series, under the direction of the District Education Officer, Secondary Education, Shiv Pal Goyal, the students of the Government Senior Secondary School Akaliya organized an exhibition by preparing their own handicrafts keeping in mind the festive season.
Deputy District Education Officer Secondary Education Iqbal Singh Buttar specially attended this occasion and speaking said that he said that the main objective of this project is to encourage students to adopt self employment instead of waiting for jobs. Students studying in government schools will no longer become job seekers but job providers.
District Guide Koslar Rajveer Aulakh said that Government Senior Secondary School Aklia Kalan has become the first district to conduct Business Blaster programme. And they appreciated the handicrafts made by the children and congratulated the entire staff for this special effort.
Apart from others, Principal Baldev Singh Block Goniana Nodal Balraj Singh Saran, School Business Blaster Incharge Harkanwarpreet Kaur, SS Master Baljinder Singh Randhir Singh, Master Makhan Singh, Paramjit Singh Jaildar, Sikandar Singh members etc. were present.
